When will my Console Faceplate arrive?

That completely depends on when you ordered, and where you are in the world! Currently (as of 18th Feb 2021) we have stock of Black, Red and Blue console faceplates. Unfortunately, due to the affects COVID-19 is having on worldwide shipping, there are delays in getting these products to you.

If you placed your order before February 5th 2021, USA and European customers should be starting to receive your orders. If you don't have it already, it is coming any day now. Australian customers are a little bit behind because the shipping company sending the product to the land down under is taking an extended holiday for Chinese New Year. Expect to have your product at your door by the second week of March.

 

Will you release a Console Faceplate for the PS5 Digital Edition?

Yes, most definitely. We are hoping to have a pre-order open soon for delivery in late March. Use the contact form below to register your interest for this.

 

Will you release other colours for the Console and Controller Faceplates?

We sure will. Right now we are working on 5 new colours of Controller Faceplate (Within a few weeks) and a couple of patterned designs for the Console Faceplate (Maybe 2 months away).

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship all products to every country. We've worked with many shipping companies to find the fastest and most inexpensive shipping options for all regions. If you see any errors in your cart, just shoot us an email and we'll rectify it immediately.
